Weliczko, Founder and President of REpower SOLUTIONS, is a licensed
electrical contractor in the State of Ohio and a North

Ms. Weliczko holds degrees in
Engineering and Music (!) from Case Western Reserve University and in
Teaching from Kent State University. With engineering expertise and
several
years of electrical experience, Erika brings a broad range of knowledge
and experience to any project. As an experienced educator, Erika
delivers
training to a wide variety of audiences through workshops and seminars.
Currently, Erika is serving on the Solar subcommittee of the Great
Lakes Energy Task Force to develop ways to boost economic development
in the region through policies and practices that lead to the
implementation of solar energy systems. Ms. Weliczko is advising
instructors at Cuyahoga Community College as they introduce curriculum
regarding renewable energy. Erika serves on the technical editorial
staff of Home Power Magazine as a way to
share expertise about implementing renewable energy and sustainable
living technologies.
She is also volunteering as an
advocate for the new LEED for Homes standard for green residential
construction.
As a homeowner in Cleveland, Ohio, Erika was searching for products,
providers and installers of renewable energy systems. At the time,
there were no installers in Northeast Ohio. After several years, Erika
decided to become that resource in Northeast Ohio. As a result, REpower

was formed to specialize in renewable energy for people and the planet.
